🔮 General Rules ✦

⟡ I reserve the right, as the artist, to sign/watermark and post the final piece on my socials.⟡ Commissioner is expected to provide a clear visual reference of the character, not description. Picrews and Moodboards with proper examples are accepted, when with enough examples + written info and details.⟡ Please provide as many references as possible. If a proper design ref is not provided, a "Character Design" or "Costume Design" fee may be discussed.⟡ Commissioner understands that any piece might be streamed online on Twitch or other platforms by default, NDA will apply additional fees.⟡ Commissions with specific deadline will cost extra.⟡ Any fixes to the FINISHED piece will cost extra. In case of my mistake or oversight, fixes are free.⟡ I reserve the right to reject any Commission inquiry without explanation.

☾ Artistic Freedom 🎨

✧ Note that I will retain some level of artistic freedom: as an artist and client, a commission creates a partnership and not an employee.✧ Artists are sought for their style and vision, and I am not to carry out something that is far too removed from my aesthetics just because I am an artist. I am not to be used to executing arbitrarily difficult ideas or demands, and have the right to decline a commission for any reason if I feel uncomfortable or inadequate at my current level of skill. I will not imitate or recreate other artists' art styles.✧ While I will certainly do my best if what you want is beyond my capability to execute or far too different from what I usually do, you may be better off seeking someone who better fits your vision.

☾ Additional Characters 👥

✦ Additional characters are added as if commissioning another character and may be subject to their own prop/complexity/etc. costs.✦ Things such as backgrounds and props wouldn't need to be doubled. These are considered their own things apart from the character(s).✧ For example, if you are paying for a character with a complex prop and would like to add another character without one, you would simply add the base cost of another character without factoring in the prop.✧ If you're looking to commission multiple characters and are confused, feel free to inquire!

☾ Revisions 📋

⟡ I am happy to do multiple revisions through the process! I am known to share multiple WIPs and update the process tags on Trello and Workflow.⟡ Do not hesitate to contact me or request changes, AS LONG AS THOSE ARE DURING THE SKETCHING PROCESS. Anything further, will have to be discussed with a risk of additional fee depending on the complexity of the change.⟡ Special cases can be listened to and will be considered, so make sure to maintain a healthy contact with me. But please, refrain from spamming through multiple days and constant questioning of progress, that will lead to blocking and minimal contact necessary to finish your piece, including risk of blacklisting for future commissions.

☾ Use & Ownership Rights ©️

⟡ I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork in a profit and non-profit way. (That means I may potentially sell prints of the artwork you commissioned, in case of fan art pieces, or use them in possible future art books.) (UNLESS COMMISSIONER APPLIED THE FEE FOR COMMERCIAL USE)⟡ Commissioner may use the artwork as their wallpaper/avatar/header etc.⟡ Commissioner may print out the artwork on paper, shirts and other accessories as long as it's for personal use ONLY! (UNLESS THEY APPLIED THE COMMERCIAL FEE)⟡ Commissioner mustn't sell the work further. (UNLESS THEY APPLIED THE COMMERCIAL FEE)⟡ Commissioner is expected to give a proper credit in case of reposting it on social media or usage in streams/etc.

☾ Refunds 💸

⟡ Refunds will ONLY be applied in case the ARTIST initiates it due to health or personal issues.⟡ If cancellation is REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT, prior to the start of a commission (sketch)*, there will be a 15-day limit since payment for a refund. Past that, it will be denied.⟡ Smaller commissions with upfront payment will be fulfilled regardless, with NO REFUNDS ACCEPTED. Lack of response to artists inquires about the commission will end up with artistic freedom and no right to request changes upon delivery. Please, make sure to keep in contact.* If payment has not been made yet, then nothing is owed from either parties.⟡ If you still owe future invoices due to partial payment and would like to pause your commission's progress due to situations such as financial hardship, please let me know! I will be more than happy to put the project on hold to continue on later if you would still like it to be finished. I wholly understand and would implore you to take care of yourself first and foremost.

☾ Chargebacks ⚖️

✧ Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from future commissions.✧ This is considered a method of abuse and exploitation, most commonly used as such, and will not be tolerated.

☾ Nsfw Orders 🔥

⟡ NSFW Orders are accepted, however, you must prove that you are 18+ of age with an ID or any other document that proves so. (only the date of birth picture is required, for your safety)⟡ Orders including any hint or explicit show of paedophilia / r*pe / zoophilia or any other kind of harmful and / or problematic sexual acts will be denied, and the requester will be blacklisted or even reported in all platforms in extreme cases.⟡ NSFW Orders will be posted on my 18+ accounts only or my subscription based socials.
If the client wishes to interact or tag, please make sure it's the correct username for the sake of the safety and comfort of my followers and refrain from speaking inappropriately in public under my posts.
